Rules
This is a draft. It hasn't been checked by a lawyer yet, and it may change before Brixborg opens to everyone.
These are Brixborg's Terms of Service. Last changed 15 October 2026. See also the Privacy page.
Brixborg is a place to make games and play them with other people. It is run by Brixborg Owners, and you can reach us at automaticmidder@gmail.com. These rules are here so it stays fun for everyone. By making an account, you agree to follow them.
Who can join
- You must be 13 or older to make an account.
- In some countries (some in Europe, for example) you have to be older than 13, up to 16, to sign up to a website without a parent's OK. If that's where you live and you're under that age, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to use Brixborg.
- One person, one account is fine; so is having a few. Just don't use extra accounts to get around a mute or a ban.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are in charge of what happens on your account.
Be decent to people
- No bullying, picking on people, or threats.
- No hate. Don't attack anyone for their race, religion, nationality, sex, sexuality, disability, or anything like that.
- No sexual stuff of any kind. No dating or asking people out.
- Don't tell anyone to hurt themselves.
- Don't pretend to be a moderator, or someone else.
Keep real life private
- Don't share your real name, address, phone number, school, photos of yourself, or social media, and don't ask other people for theirs.
- Never ask anyone for their password. Brixborg's moderators will never ask for yours.
- Don't try to get people to talk to you somewhere off Brixborg.
Play fair
- No cheating, hacking, or using bugs to ruin games for others. If you find a bug, report it.
- Don't attack the website or the game servers, or try to get into other people's accounts.
- No scams. Don't trick people in trades.
- Don't buy or sell accounts, items or Brixrods for real money.
- No spam, and don't try to get around the word filter.
What you make
- Only upload things you made yourself, or that you have the right to use. Don't copy other people's work without asking.
- The things you make are still yours. When you publish a game or upload something, you let Brixborg show it, store it, and copy it to run it, for as long as it is on Brixborg.
- Things you put in the Archive are there for everyone to use in their own games. Once someone has put an Archive item in their game, it stays in that game.
- Everything you make has to follow these rules too: your games, names, pictures, clothes, scripts, and descriptions.
- If you think something on Brixborg copies your work without your permission, email automaticmidder@gmail.com with what it is and where, and we will look at it and take it down if it's yours.
Brixrods
Brixrods are Brixborg's money. They are only for using on Brixborg. They aren't worth real money and can't be turned into real money.
What happens if you break the rules
Bad words are covered up with #### by the word filter. Nothing else happens to you for that.
Everything else is decided by a person, one of Brixborg's moderators. The website never mutes or bans anyone by itself. Depending on what happened, a moderator can:
- take down what you posted or made
- warn you
- mute you for a while (you can still play, but you can't chat or post)
- ban you for some days, or for good
- delete an account, for example one with a name that breaks the rules
If you are warned, muted or banned, you are told why. If you think a moderator got it wrong, email automaticmidder@gmail.com and a different person will look at it again.
Reporting
If you see something that breaks these rules, use the Report button next to it. Only the moderators see reports, and nobody else is told who sent one.
Leaving
You can stop using Brixborg whenever you like. To have your account deleted, email automaticmidder@gmail.com (the Privacy page says what happens then).
The small print
- Brixborg is free, and given to you as it is. We do our best to keep it running, but it may sometimes be down, lose something, or change, and we don't promise that it will always work.
- Games on Brixborg are made by players, not by us. We can't check everything before it goes up.
- As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using Brixborg, or from what other players do or make. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can't be taken away.
- We can close Brixborg, or any part of it, at any time.
- These rules can change. If they change in a big way, we will say so on the website before it happens. Using Brixborg after that means you agree to the new rules.
